A walk through a family farm where you see the whole process: the bean on the tree, the roast, the cacao pod opened, the cane pressed in a mill. It ends with a tasting of coffee and chocolate made on site. It lasts about two hours and works very well in the rain.
What to expect
A family farm: you walk the coffee field, see how the bean is processed and drink coffee brewed in a chorreador.
With the cacao you see the pod on the tree and follow the whole process.
You help make the chocolate yourself, and there are tastings throughout.
Two to two and a half hours.
Meeting and pickup
Departures at 8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 15:00.
Additional information
